1.Contact us at [your email] or through our website contact form within 14 days of receiving your order.
2.Provide your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.
3.Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
4.Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the designated courier.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items at no extra cost.
If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
